The Franceschi House

While visiting my good friend Erik, I got to explore an amazing new place.  The Franceschi house sits 800 feet above sea level, on a mountain side, overlooking the city of Santa Barbara.  Built at the end of the 1800's by a horticulturist who literally changed the landscape of Santa Barbara.  The house has not been taken care of and looks to be on the verge of falling apart.

If you have never been to the Franceschi house, make sure you go as the sun is setting because not only is the view spectacular, but the low light also adds to the houses haunting appeal.
